I believe yoga is for everybody
Welcome! I'm glad you are here. If you're anything like me you know the feeling of running on empty, completely overwhelmed and drained. Even though you know you should make changes, it seems impossible to find time to slow down and take care of yourself. You're not alone.
Before I found yoga, I lived in a constant state of stress that crept into my body and interrupted my sleep. A consistent yoga practice has helped me unwind, slow down, enjoy life and feel good in my body. It was like hitting a "reset" button on my nervous system. But it didn't happen overnight.
Yoga works in increments. Every time you practice you create and reinforce new patterns in your body and mind. Integrating just a little bit of yoga into your routine can create dramatic changes. Whether that's going to class once a week, doing a few poses at home or taking a few deep breaths in your car, it's worth it. Before you know it you'll develop a calm strength you didn't know was possible.
My aim is to help you develop a safe, consistent yoga practice. I offer a variety of ways to practice: studio classes that allow you to connect to the energy of a group as well as private and small group sessions that allow you flexibility of schedule and individual attention. I will soon be offering online classes so you can practice in the comfort of your home.
